MASTER’S PROGRAM

General Information

Mechatronics Engineering graduate program is an interdisciplinary program. Students enrolled in the program can take elective courses from Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering departments as well as compulsory Mathematics, Control and Ethics courses.

Graduation Requirements

The language of instruction in the Mechatronics Engineering Master’s program is English and it consists of two programs as in with and without thesis.

In the program with thesis:

– Compulsory Mathematics course (3 Credits- 7.5 ECTS),

– Compulsory Control Theory course (3 Credits- 7.5 ECTS),

– Two courses from the Core Course List (Total 6 Credits- Total 15 ECTS),

– Three courses from the Elective Course List (Total 9 Credits- Total 22.5 ECTS)

– RME 500 Research Methods and Ethics (Non-Credit-7.5 ECTS)

– MECE 590 Seminar (Non-Credit- 7.5 ECTS),

– MECE 599 Master Thesis (Non-Credit 60 ECTS),

are required to take a total of 21 Credits at least 120 ECTS courses.

In the non-thesis program:

– Compulsory Mathematics course (3 Credits- 7.5 ECTS),

– Compulsory Control Theory course (3 Credits- 7.5 ECTS),

– Three courses from the Core Course List (Total 9 Credits- Total 22.5 ECTS),

– Five courses from the Elective Course List (Total 15 Credits- Total 37.5 ECTS)

– MECE 592 Projects (No Credit – 15 ECTS),

are required to take a total of 30 Credits at least 90 ECTS courses.
