The M.Sc. Thesis Program in Mechatronics Engineering requires students to successfully complete a minimum of 21 credits – 120 ECTS. The program consists of:
1 Compulsory Mathematics Course (3 credits – 7.5 ECTS)
1 Compulsory Control Theory Course (3 credits – 7.5 ECTS)
2 Core Courses (6 credits – 15 ECTS)
3 Elective Courses (9 credits – 22.5 ECTS)
RME 500 Research Methods and Ethics (non-credit – 7.5 ECTS)
MECE 590 Seminar (non-credit – 7.5 ECTS)
MECE 599 Master’s Thesis (non-credit – 60 ECTS)
Graduation Requirements:
At least 7 courses (excluding non-credit compulsory courses) must be completed.
A total of not less than 21 credits and 120 ECTS must be earned.
The cumulative GPA must be at least 2.70/4.00.
Program Duration:
The regular duration of the thesis program is four semesters beginning from the term of first enrollment. The maximum duration to complete the program is six semesters, excluding the scientific preparatory year if applicable.
The M.Sc. Non-Thesis Program in Mechatronics Engineering requires students to complete a total of 30 credits – 90 ECTS. The program consists of:
1 Compulsory Mathematics Course (3 credits – 7.5 ECTS)
1 Compulsory Control Theory Course (3 credits – 7.5 ECTS)
3 Core Courses (9 credits – 22.5 ECTS)
5 Elective Courses (15 credits – 37.5 ECTS)
